• Mobility: Assistance with public transportation tickets, and the organization of shuttles and cars. Carers also conduct a practical orientation seminar for participants on the day of arrival, helping them navigate the local transport system and understand the layout of the city.

• Cultural Programme & Excursions: Participants are invited to join cultural programs and excursions, accompanied by carers. These activities are designed to provide a deeper understanding of the local culture and history. An individually produced city guide is also provided, offering insights and tips for exploring the area.

• Interpreter Service: Continuous support from professional interpreters is available to participants, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience during their stay.

• Certificate: An official final reception is held, where certificates are awarded by ARDA Consulting & Education, recognizing the participants' achievements and successful completion of the program.
