The main priorities of the project are:
Increasing the initial level of the quality of vocational and technical education
increasing the efficiency and attractiveness of teachers
improving the quality of administrators
strengthening the links between vocational training and labor market of the European Agenda for Cooperation in Vocational Education (Bruges
Declaration) 2015-2020 period.
The aim of the our project is to follow-up and evaluate the process whereby the students having a vocational trining at business firms acquire skills there strengthens the tie between the labor force
sector and vocational training institutions by increasing the quality of the skills acquired by the students at firms. By developing ‘’acquisition evaluation form’’ that would allow the
presentation of additional learning opportunities when necessary,by improving the quality of vocational training practices ,by allowing the sector representatives to witness or watch the students’
skill acquisitions and thus by making it possible to meet the firms' need for qualified personnel.
