This project  covers the administrators and the staff of Protection  and Survival Association for the handicapped and other partner instutions staff.
These are our responsibilities towards handicapped people to preserve their rights to education, to develop their living standarts, to provide them to live within the community according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Providing these  services to accomplish our  responsibilities abouts on the financial facilities as well as the knowledge and experience. In our country that grows fast and tries to be integrated to the European Union, it is tried hard to provide a quality serving  and we need technical, material and serving samples. It is aimed to spread the training of disabled people in our country, rarefy it and serve appopriate one according to the European Union standarts.
Our project aims to coach qualified staff members who can serve for education, to study and observe good samples and to implement them. In this context, making contributions to the serves in the training of disabled people area is essential. Our project plans on achieving the goal by making contributions to the trainers that coaches teachers for training of disabled people area and to raise the qualifications of these teachers.
It is planned to make observations and examinations in  education instutions,rehabilition centres and universities that coach teachers  working in training of disabled people area  in Germany(ANNA-Interkultureller Pflgedienst &ARDA Beratung & Bildung) and Swhich have good samples in terms of serving and implementations. At the same time, it is aimed to provide cultural dialogues and knowledge sharing between the teachers working in training of disabled people areas in three different countries,   Turkey and Germany and by observations,examinations and tours that are going to be done within this project.
