In our project, our students, who are trained in the field of electrical and electronic engineering, are trained and practiced in the methods and applications of periodic control, lightning arrester and earthing devices in electrical systems in buildings in Europe. In our country, some legal regulations have been issued in the field of occupational safety and health of workers. According to the regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 28628 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, regular inspections of the electrical, earthing and lightning conductor installations of the buildings are required every year. Periodic checks are a new concept in our country and the authorities are not fully aware of this issue. Even if those who have knowledge and want to have the necessary checks have them installed, they cannot find personnel with sufficient knowledge and skills in this field. In our region and in our country there are not enough personnel with sufficient knowledge and skills in this field. Periodic control, safety and protection in electrical systems are the topic of our country. There are very few masters in our state who have the necessary qualifications for this work to eliminate the defects in the systems. In order to compensate for this deficiency, our coordinator is conducting courses on protection and earthing applications in electrical systems for 45 electricians in the public education center on behalf of the Electrical Chamber of our country. With our project, 18 students will receive training and practice in Europe, expanding the knowledge and skills of our students and helping to meet this need. The project team is also determined. The project team will consist of a total of five people from our institution, including an administrator, three teachers and an accountant. This team will be responsible for organizing our project and making the necessary contact to solve the problems that may arise at home and abroad. For this, a representative will be selected from each of our partners and a teacher will be responsible for each of our flows. By assigning a person responsible for communication in the flows, an attempt is made not to cause information pollution and disagreements with these people. Therefore, a teacher from the school will be present at the school at all times and will communicate with students, partners and parents during the streams.
