With the Coronavirus epidemic, we observe that digital addiction is a growing problem among young people in our society. The technology that characterizes our modern and advanced society today is leading our youth to misbehavior, social isolation, and self-exclusion, depression, dangerous behaviors with uncontrolled consequences, mental disorders, and many more dangerous paths. According to the researches, 3.6 percent of young people between the ages of 12 and 18 are considered internet addicts while 21.8 percent of them are at the addiction limit. According to the sources of the International Telecommunication Union, this ratio is approaching 25% in Europe. In order to understand the dimensions of the above-mentioned problem, we have conducted a questionnaire, the results of which are attached to the application form. We believe that young people need guidance to move away from or move away from technological addiction and turn their steps to real life where they can establish reliable relationships and live healthier lives. We have come to the conclusion that the problem is a universal one and the tendency to digital addiction is really common among teenagers worldwide; therefore, we need to find some solutions before the problem gets even bigger. Our partners are also at the same page with us; they complain that their students are spending too much time online or digital world. We believe that this kind of addiction decreases the changes of success at school and also plays an important role in the health of the youth. Since they spend a lot of time in front of computers or with their smartphones, their physical and mental health is affected in a negative way. Having limited relations with nature or people around them is the main reason for that. Their creativity and productivity is degraded as well, which is bad for the future of the whole society, and in turn, the whole world. For this reason, we believe that measures should be taken to prevent digital addiction and we foresee that the activities in this project will be very effective in raising awareness on the subject and directing young people to a more social, healthy and non-virtual " real" life. Implementing the project with partners from around the world will be more beneficial; we will be able to reach more young people and the results will be more visible, which will bring more success to the project. With the help of this partnership, we also foresee that our participants will form a more positive attitude towards different cultures and this will help increase the peace in societies. As they learn to accept different groups of people as part of the world, their social attitudes will change in a positive way. The project will also give the economically weak students a chance to meet other cultures, which will help them develop social skills as well as self-confidence; which in turn will be helpful for their better integration into society and also prevention of digital addiction.
