27 Vocational teachers from 22 provinces of Turkey have completed a four-week Vocational and Educational Training Program, prepared by ARDA Consulting & Education in cooperation with its expert network. They updated their knowledge of work practice, refreshed their pedagogical skills developed and broadened their job-realted skills and competences.The measures included structured courses, job-shadowing, observation periods, workshops, seminars and presentations in institutions such as:
 

• Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Berlin - Meeting with the Educational Attache Dr. Gürsel Gür

• Federal Chancellery of Germany

• TUV (Practical Seminar, 2 weeks)

• Bildungs- und Technologiezentrum der Handwerkskammer Berlin (BTZ)

• Dr. Christian Hanke, Mayor of the District Berlin Mitte
