ERASMUS TRAINEES FROM TURKEY IN THE FIELD OF SOLAR ENERGY

As part of the Erasmus program of ARDAberatung & Bildungs ​​GmbH, Turkish trainees in electrical engineering spent several days in the form of an internship at METEUM and in the Energy Learning Laboratory in February.
The vocational school students informed themselves about the diverse application possibilities of renewable energies and learned new things about photovoltaics and energy storage. The LernLabor Energie in Grünau is a sustainable, energetically renovated boiler house and is completely supplied with renewable energies. This is achieved through the complex interaction of an air-water heat pump, solar thermal energy, a geothermal storage system and effective underfloor heating. The use of sustainable insulating materials such as thermal hemp, thermal jute, clay and loam creates a pleasant indoor climate. All of this is open to the public and to visit to promote understanding of these modern technologies.
In addition, the trainees carried out experiments on photovoltaics and got to know our photovoltaic system, the solar panel of which automatically aligns itself with the sun in order to achieve maximum energy yield.
