33 Vocational teachers from 22 provinces of Turkey have completed a four-week Vocational and Educational Training Program, prepared by ARDA Consulting & Education in cooperation with its expert network. They updated their knowledge of work practice, refreshed their pedagogical skills developed and broadened their job-realted skills and competences.The measures included structured courses, job-shadowing, observation periods, workshops, seminars and presentations in institutions such as:
 

• Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Berlin - Meeting with the Educational Attache Dr. Gürsel Gür

• Federal Chancellery of Germany

• Willy-Brandt-Haus (Working department of the Social Democrat Party (SPD))

• German Red Cross (Elisabeth-Weiske-Heim, development of children with special needs)

• 6 Nursery Schools:

  • Mittelhof e.V. (Practical Seminars/ Job-Shadowing)

  • Pestalozzi-Fröbel-Haus (Practical Seminars/ Job-Shadowing)

  • Campus Berufsbildung e.V. (Practical Seminars/ Job-Shadowing)

  • 2 German Red Cross Nursery Schools (Practical Seminars/ Job-Shadowing)

  • AWO - Arbeiterwohlfahrt Berlin

  • Volkssolidarität Berlin - Kita Paule Platsch
