İzmir Halim Focali Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School has designed '' Bake the Cake, Get the Job'' project aiming to increase the proficiency of teachers and international standarts in tourism and hospitality in confectionary sector.

Project targets that were realized:

- To train qualified personnel in accordance with European standards in Turkey.

- To cope with unemployment in Aegan region.

- To increase the competence of the institution personnel on "Pastry and Boutique Cake Making", to improve their visions and to reflect on this advanced vision to the students and to increase the professional qualifications and entrepreneurship of the teachers.
