The project aims to provide special learning opportunities for low-skilled adults and women in particular. We want to encourage them to simplify education by removing spatial and temporal restrictions and to motivate themselves and others.  Our project is particularly aimed at housewives, migrant or refugee women with multiple disabilities who want to do an apprenticeship but cannot, who are responsible for housework, nursing and elderly care, who are excluded from the education system and women who cannot work. The project aims to increase the employability of the target group through an innovative method and continuously renewed open access online courses.

 

Gender equality is at the heart of EU values and is supported by the legal and policy framework. Our project addresses key policy areas such as employability, social inclusion and economic growth. The project aims to provide special learning opportunities for low-skilled adults and women, to encourage women into education by removing space and time constraints, and to improve women's economic empowerment and basic skills and competences through distance learning. Our project particularly focuses on housewives, immigrant or refugee women with multiple disabilities who want to get an education but cannot, who are responsible for housework, nursing and elderly care, who have fallen out of the education system and who cannot work. The project aims to improve the employability of the target group through an innovative method and constantly renewed open access online courses. Our strategic partnership, consisting of six different organizations from Norway, Turkey, Greece, Germany, Finland and Austria, will help to address sectoral and horizontal priorities: HORIZONTAL: Managing digital transformation by improving digital readiness, flexibility and capacity A user-friendly e-learning tool for disadvantaged women in our target group will improve their employability, digital and financial literacy as well as their social and economic entrepreneurship.

In particular, our project focuses on housewives, immigrant or refugee women with multiple disabilities who want to educate themselves but cannot, who are responsible for housework, caring for the sick and elderly, who are not in the education system, who cannot work. The project aims to increase the employability of the target group through an innovative method and continuously updated freely accessible online courses. Our strategic partnership, consisting of 6 different organizations from Norway, Germany, Turkey, Greece, Finland and Austria, will help to address sectoral and horizontal priorities.

Our deliverables:

The activities listed below will also be the milestones to achieve the ultimate goal: Our outcomes to achieve our objectives; IO1: E-learning platform (MOOC) / Mobile application IO2: Employability modules IO3: ICT / Digital basic skills modules IO4: Entrepreneurship / Financial literacy modules.
