Occupational skill training constitutes application phase of the lessons taught theoritically at many educational institutions including Vocational High Schools, Junior Technical Colleges and Faculties giving undergraduate education. In this context, occupational skill training is one of the most important phases for adapting the theory into practice.
Occupational skill training, as held all around the World, is forming one of the fundemetals in professional development in our country, as well. In recent years, qualified employees received vocational training are in need, in many fields. Accounting and Information Technologies fields providing by our school are among the highly-required fields also. Information Technologies Department’s need for qualified staff, comes into prominence, as basing on newly developed structure and having effects on other fields’ progress. On the other hand lessons, on Accounting and Information Technologies Departments, given by our school, are based on computer-based instruction.
The number of bussiness organisations in our town, where our students can apply their theory-based information into practice, is not enough. It is also observed that, in existing organisations, our students are working in irrelevant areas during their training period instead of the areas required by their departments. This situation causes the students to head for different areas rather than the areas they had eduation, and also it results in not  meeting the industry needs, waste of investments on vocational education, waste of workforce and  time. Moreover, it can be seen that the existing bussiness areas don’t respond to the demand.
During applying this project, we aim at realizing 2 movements with our partner organization. 10 students  ( 5 from Accounting department, 5 from Informational Technologies department) will participate in this project, taken place Germany and Sweden. The mentioned students are aimed to have professinal occupational skills education, during the project time, in vocational education  instutions. The expected results of this project are providing the integration of the participants to workforce market, expanding the vision of industry in our environment, evaluating the workforce in our region, starting new bussiness places, bringing the innovations on these sectors, which are being  used in Europe, to our country and region, increasing the interest on these fields and students’ sufficiency on foreign language.
