The majority of our trainees and students in our equal opportunities programs are women, young people and migrants. We would like to offer them an "entrepreneurship training" that can introduce them to the logic of starting a business and acquire professional skills. We believe that an education in a European country that has created an entrepreneurial culture will greatly enhance our institutional capacity. In addition, the entrepreneurial education they receive will help our administrators and teachers to advance professionally, activate their own ideas if they exist, or raise awareness and help the group they are targeting and training. As an institute we have chosen as a project topic the placement of entrepreneurship in education, as we pursue all types of education that connect us to this role, where our role works with the logic of “lifelong learning”. When we talk about the culture of entrepreneurship in Europe, we go back to the 1980s. The important representative of this culture is Germany. Berlin was destroyed in World War II. But from today's perspective, Germany is the leading economic power in the world. The most important reason for this is the fact that there is an entrepreneurial middle class and the culture of entrepreneurship has been created. In order to realize our project according to its purpose, we looked for institutions that use alternative approaches by improving on these issues. We created our course schedule with an institution from Germany that offers training according to our project goals. Thanks to the planned course:
* To understand different types of entrepreneurship,
*To teach entrepreneurship as a method that requires practice,
* To capture the depth of the five fundamental application areas of entrepreneurship,
* gain the ability to create your own exercises to implement the five fundamental business practices,
*We can show how entrepreneurship is integrated into education in Germany as an on-site observation.
These achievements are a continuation of the education we will receive in our country and give our staff, students and trainees an opportunity to reflect on what they have learned.
