Objectives: What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?  There is a mutually beneficial relationship between individual and global wellbeing. We want to create self-awareness in students through mindfulness skills and an understanding of how their behavior can impact the environment.  Implementation: What activities will you implement?  The first transnational meeting to plan the implementation and methods of the project process will take place in Ireland, the country of the project coordinator.  -Mindfulness training for teachers in Germany.  -Workshop on adapting mindfulness to environmental awareness and conscious use of technology in Spain -Last meeting will take place in Turkey to evaluate the results.  Results: What results do you expect from your project?  The aim of this project is to teach students mindfulness skills and apply them to their daily behavior, these skills will allow students to create a moment of space and make choices that are beneficial for themselves and their environment.
