ARDA is an accredited educational institution based in Berlin. It is dedicated to the advancement of intercultural exchange, innovative teaching methods and lifelong learning at the European level. The organisation's area of expertise lies in the implementation of Erasmus+ projects, with a particular focus on the categories KA1 (Individual Mobility) and KA2 (Cooperation for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practice). Our extensive expertise in the development, implementation and management of Erasmus+ projects allows us to make a significant contribution to the improvement of educational opportunities across Europe.
We facilitate strategic collaboration and enhance cross-border cooperation across Europe by forging robust connections with a diverse array
of partners, including government agencies, professional associations, civil society organisations, public institutions, universities, schools, small and medium-sized enterprises, municipalities,
industrial companies and organisations in the arts, culture and sport. This extensive collaboration enables the integration of diverse perspectives and expertise into Erasmus+ projects, thereby
enhancing their efficacy and success.
ARDA plays an active role in the organisation and coordination of Erasmus+ exchange programmes and mobility projects (KA1) for students,
professionals and pupils from a range of European countries. These programmes offer participants the chance to gain valuable international experience, enhance their professional and social skills and
improve their career prospects. Additionally, we provide translation services and comprehensive travel advice to ensure the successful implementation of Erasmus+ projects and to identify and overcome
potential obstacles at an early stage.
Moreover, we engage in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, which emphasise collaboration as a means of fostering innovation and facilitating the exchange of best practices. Such projects facilitate the ongoing integration of innovative approaches and methodologies into the field of education, thereby contributing to the continuous development of the European educational landscape.
A particular emphasis is placed on the sustainability of the Erasmus+ projects that are initiated. By promoting long-term collaboration and establishing networks that persist beyond the lifespan of the projects, we ensure that our Erasmus+ initiatives leave a lasting legacy. Our proficiency in the planning and implementation of Erasmus+ projects is a pivotal determinant of our success. This allows us to develop and implement bespoke solutions that are tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of our partners.
The programme offers a variety of opportunities for participants to develop their professional skills and intercultural competencies. Internships for young people provide an invaluable opportunity for practical experience abroad, the discovery of new cultures, the improvement of language skills and the construction of a professional network. Such experiences are of immense value for personal and professional development, and significantly contribute to fostering a more profound comprehension and greater tolerance towards other cultures.
For those engaged in teaching and educational roles, bespoke training is provided with the objective of enhancing their pedagogical abilities and equipping them with innovative teaching methodologies. The exchange with colleagues from other countries allows them to gain new perspectives and to optimise their teaching practices.
ARDA is convinced that education is the primary factor influencing personal and professional development. The implementation of Erasmus+ projects and the design of training programmes are intended to facilitate the realisation of individuals' full potential and successful positioning in the globalised job market.
The objective of our organisation is to advance European integration through the implementation of our initiatives, with the ultimate goal of fostering a unified European identity. By facilitating mobility and collaboration within the Erasmus+ framework, we endeavour to overcome the obstacles that hinder mutual understanding among Europeans, thus paving the way for a more harmonious and prosperous continent. We believe that this will ultimately contribute to a more peaceful and prosperous future for Europe.
