The "Discover Your Talents and Turn Your Deficits into Advantages" project has successfully enhanced educational opportunities for adults with special needs by developing an innovative assessment tool that identifies their interests and strengths. This tool has guided individuals towards tailored learning programs, fostering self-confidence, self-efficacy, and life satisfaction while promoting their integration into society and the workforce.
Led by the Manisa Directorate of Guidance and Research Center (Turkey), this project brought together experts from Germany, Greece, Italy, Romania, and Turkey to develop inclusive educational strategies that empower adults with disabilities.
