Green Schools in Action (GSIA) is an international Erasmus+ project designed to mobilize school communities including teachers, students, and parents around climate change and digital transformation. The project integrates the Ecology-Based Environmental Education (EBEE) model into daily school routines and family life by combining it with digital learning tools, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, and accessible, low-bandwidth, and printable materials.
The project is implemented by five partner institutions across five countries (Romania, Germany, Türkiye, North Macedonia, and Greece). School gardens and surroundings serve as "Living Labs" to permanently anchor environmental awareness and green competences (GreenComp) in school life
