The main objective of GreenArt4ALL (Ecological and Digital Art with Science for Green Schools: A New Methodology for Environmental Education) is to introduce an innovative methodology for environmental education in schools. To achieve this, the project combines the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) with concepts of ecological and digital art.
1. Interdisciplinary STEAM Education
GreenArt4ALL moves beyond traditional science education by bringing together science, technology, engineering, mathematics and art. The integration of ecological and digital art makes environmental
learning more engaging, creative and meaningful for students.
2. Digital and Interactive Learning
The project promotes the use of innovative educational tools, including interactive videos, simulations, digital learning scenarios and Augmented Reality (AR) applications.
These resources are designed to support active and experiential learning.
3. A Whole-School and Community Approach
The project involves not only students and teachers but also parents and the wider school community. Through collaborative activities and a shared digital platform, GreenArt4ALL aims to foster a
long-term culture of environmental awareness, creativity and responsible citizenship.
4. Green and Digital Competences
A central objective of the project is to strengthen students’ and teachers’ climate literacy, environmental awareness, sustainability competences and digital skills. These
competences are developed within an integrated educational framework that connects knowledge, creativity and practical action.
